We immerse graduates into learning for both Azure and Data Platform for three months of intense, hands-on activities that include real-world problem-solving, preparing them for life as an Engineer. Additionally, we put focus on the development of soft skills in weekly sessions to ensure enterprise-readiness.
While our competitors pass the cost of technical development onto their customers and feel that their obligations are complete after they have finished the training course, we continue to build curriculum through our internal communities and knowledgebases.
We ensure that our Academy Engineers have constant access to and support from our global team of Senior Software and Data Engineers throughout their 2 year client-side engagement.
